Due to the high visibility of Law Enforcement and interaction with the public on a constant basis Law Enforcement faces a growing challenge, a changing world, and innovations of crimes and criminal element. NFA Law Enforcement Division with our training partners is proud to provide regular supplemental modern training for law enforcement personnel at all levels. From verbal de-escalation, situational awareness & officer safety to advance firearms and modern engagement training, to reduce organizational strain, increase mental awareness, focus and morale of law enforcement with increased knowledge and proficiency.

NFA Law Enforcement Division provides a broad spectrum of training courses and programs aimed at increasing officer’s skills and performance, improve readiness and reduce liability. Courses are designed to immerse officers in relevant scenario-based training as well as learn additional techniques to properly manage potentially life-threatening situations & engagements. Each Law Enforcement personnel will walk away with a better understanding of how they will react in a real-world situation. Training scenarios may include physical force, simulated edged or blunt force weapons as well as simunition technology/firearms.

Staying up to date on various law enforcement topics, is important to the role as a Law Enforcement officer. Designated to serve and protect communities around the Bahamas, Law Enforcement officers have to stay diligent in their skills, as well as adapting to new approaches for a changing world. This is why many law enforcement agencies have to stress the importance of continuing education for Law Enforcement officers.

To effectively serve the public, law enforcement officers need to keep up to date on training topics and continue to learn.

OFFICER SURVIVAL COURSE
Law enforcement officers face sudden and unforeseen violent encounters while engaged in normal duties. This is not your typical officer survival course. During this 2-day intensive course, law-enforcement officers engage in realistic scenarios designed to enhance decision-making and physical skills required during violent encounters. Combining advanced, up-to-date tactics and training along with an in-depth performance-based understanding. Mitigate those risks by taking courses aimed to increase your survival.
