Parents spend months — and enormous energy — helping their teens get ready for college. The shopping lists, the dorm supplies, the orientation schedules. But one critical piece is too often left off the checklist: personal safety and security training.
College life brings real change — new freedoms, unfamiliar surroundings, and challenges your teen has never faced alone. It's an exciting chapter, but also one where being prepared matters most. Our precious teens deserve to walk onto campus with confidence, awareness, and the skills to protect themselves.
From Awareness to Avoidance
The Refuse To Be A Victim® | College Edition seminar is an internationally recognized award winning program which provides that preparation — practical, empowering safety strategies that give college-bound students the tools they need to stay safe, aware, and in control of their environment. This training focuses on proactive awareness. We're teaching students how to minimize risks through effective habits, from dorm security to digital safety. NOTE: This is NOT a firearms related course
